We reach out periodically with a brief status update — how the home is running, any patterns worth noting, and confirmation that all systems are operating normally. The frequency is yours to set: daily, weekly, or as-needed.
Each month you receive a plain-language summary of your property — what we monitored, any incidents and how they resolved, and the current status of your systems. A clear record of everything that happened while you were away.

Sign a two-year monitoring agreement and your setup fee is waived entirely. Annual and semi-annual agreements include a one-time setup fee.
